Wow them during the holidays with this healthy, easy Christmas appetizer recipe for a hummus wreath. This recipe requires no baking, no artistic skills ( I promise), but it makes a statement and is good too.

For the hummus, I blended 2 kinds. A lemon hummus (normal size 10 oz) and original (family size 1 lb.) Combine with 1/3 cup of crumbled feta in a bowl. To assemble, place a small bowl in the center of cake plate. Spread the hummus around the bowl in a circle, about 2 inches wide.

Next, finely chop the fresh parsley ( I used 2 bunches which equals around 1 cup chopped0 and combine with 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and salt to taste. Spread the green mixture on top of the hummus.

Half 6 red tomatoes and use as ornaments with leftover crumbled feta as snow. I then made a bow out of red pepper. I free handed and used as a tomato half as the center. Place in fridge until ready to serve. remove small bowl in center and put crackers in its place.
