These pimento cheese pepper jelly cups are the easiest holiday appetizer.
Here’s what you need:
2 pks phyllo cups (In the freezer section)
Pimento cheese
Pepper Jelly (Red or green, red looks more festive)
Pre bake the phyllo cups according to directions. Remove from oven and fill with pimento cheese and bake at 350 until the cheese melts (about 7 minutes) then top with pepper jelly and serve. They are a crowd favorite!
Need another easy holiday appetizer recipe?
Take a block of goat cheese (room temperature), spread on platter. Drizzle with honey and add chopped pecans on top. Serve with crackers. So simple yet delicious!
