Ask and you shall receive! Several people have asked me to highlight some of my favorite work out clothes, especially during these times when many of us are snuggled in at home.
For me, work out wear and lounge wear are two totally different things.
First, lets start with the “comfy clothes” as my girls and I call them! If you are going to order one item of clothing to get you through these unforeseeable days at home, it’s these Old Navy Joggers. There aren’t a lot of sizes left, so go order them. Right now they’re 50% off. I have them in a small and a medium, and both fit fine. And they wash well, too.
A word about the knit option you will see online: yes, they look plush, cute, casual and soft. They also look like they would hug the wrong areas (baby got back) and that’s why I’ve steered clear of them. Just trust me on this one unless you are a size zero, then go for it.
Want a fancier option that is comfy and cute? These leopard print Lululemon ones are pretty dang cute. Size up, as they fit a little more snug. And don’t dry them. I do love the high waist that sucks you in!
As for actual, let’s go on a run…. In a typical world, I typically work out 3-4 times a week. This includes speed walking with friends, jogging on a treadmill, weights for my arms, and not enough core! I prefer my workout clothes to be loose on the top and tight on the bottom. (Like suck you in compression tight!) These Old Navy below are the best! They hold you in and are thick enough to hide the lumps and bumps. The LuluLemon align pants are a stand by favorite as well. They last for years and and are super soft, which I love.
As for tops, I like them to be long, loose and super soft. I’ve linked a few of my favorites. You can shop my looks below. They will all work whether you plan to run or rest! There’s nothing better than snuggling in with family and some super soft comfy casual clothes. Stay healthy, friends! More fun finds here: https://thecollarfind.com/
