The easiest recipe for buffalo chicken salad, and a tip to make it really fine like the kind you buy! First up, this is a version with ranch but blue cheese can be substituted.

Buffalo Chicken Salad Ingredients

4-5 chicken breasts

1 Jar Buffalo sauce ( I used NobleMade)

2 TBSP dry ranch powder

1 TBSP sour cream

1 tspcelery

1/3 cup ranch dressing

Optional: Blue cheese crumbles

There are 2 ways to make this:

You can cook chicken in crockpot with the buffalo sauce and then combine with rest when cooled or use cooked chicken breasts. (I use rotisserie chicken to save time)

Tips:

-For this buffalo chicken salad, I use a handheld mixer to combine the ingredients.

-The low carb wraps are the easiest to use. I make several at once, slice into 2 and keep in the fridge.
