Sous Vide Buffalo Chicken

Above is two ingredient sous vide buffalo chicken. TWO INGREDIENTS! Serve with lettuce wraps and blue cheese and dinner is served! You can sous vide meat, veggies and much more. And of course you have probably heard of the sous vide eggs from Starbucks. Yes, you can make those too.

Here is a recent recipe I made with sous vide chicken. I placed organic chicken breast cutlets in a ziploc bag with Costco pesto. Cooked in sous vide at 150 degrees for 2 hours and then seared in a pan. Chop the chicken , combine with fresh tomatoes and chopped up Texas Toast, drizzle with Garlic Expressions (my most favorite dressing) and VOILA…panzanella salad!
