Summer grilling at it’s best, using Just Bare® Chicken and a Bourbon Peach BBQ sauce for grilled chicken. If you are looking for lots of flavor, this is the recipe for you!
First, season your Just Bare® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Slice 3 peaches in half and coat with olive oil. Grill chicken until it reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees. Baste with sauce while grilling. Grill peaches for 4-6 minutes.
Now for the Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce
Combine BBQ sauce of choice, Bourbon (can be omitted), garlic clove and diced peaches on low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes, then use immersion blender to combine. Set aside 1/2 for a dipping sauce and use the rest for basting the chicken as it grills.
