The easiest way to feed a crowd- this sheet pan shrimp recipe!
The best part: You don’t even have to peel the shrimp if you don’t want to, how nice is that?
Here’s what you need:
•1 1/2 pounds of shrimp
•1 stick butter, melted
•Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp parsley
•3 cloves minced garlic
•1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning or Italian dressing packet
•Crusty Bread
🍤Place shrimp (peeled or not- you choose, we didn’t) on sheet pan.
Combine other ingredients. Pour over shrimp. Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until pink.
This sheet pan shrimp recipe is great served with crusty bread on side. Prepare to get messy but it’s so worth it!
🥗 Would be great with a side salad or with grits on the side too. Local tip: If you are visiting Charleston you can drive up to shrimp boats and buy the shrimp directly. it’s called dayboat shrimp- you won;t fond anything as fresh anywhere!
