We all had second helpings of this Trader Joe’s Recipe- Pad Thai, it was so delicious! I like to call it Pad Thai in a Pinch. It takes 15 minutes to make, and feeds a family of four.
First up the ingredients for the Trader Joe’s Recipe- Pad Thai. These are the main three that make this dish so yummy. I am not sure if these are seasonal, so I will be going back and stocking my cabinet with the noodles and peanut sauce. If you don’t like mushrooms, they can easily be omitted.
Here’s what I did:
Saute mushrooms in sesame oil with 1 tsp diced garlic. Added chicken strips to heat through with the box of wheat noodles. Once warmed through, add jar of Satay Sauce. Season to taste and top with chopped scallions and peanuts. Serve with lime segments.
These dishes are a new fav find! They are a combo of plate and bowl sizes, perfect for this dish.
