I was recently invited to a “Favorites Things” party and I knew just what I planned to bring: Hot Honey! If you are wondering how to use it, there are several different ways to incorporate it into your menu!

Try this on grilled chicken or in a marinade that calls for honey. Also drizzle it in tea and give your brew a kick! Other uses include mixing into dressings and cocktails and even pouring over ice cream. Umm, yum!
Hot honey drizzled over goat cheese is a great easy app. I first rolled the goat cheese pistachios and then drizzled and served with crackers. Here’s another appetizer I recently incorporated it into that is fairly healthy: apple slices and blue cheese with a kick. Often, I place the spicy honey in a ramekin and just dip my apples into it for an afternoon treat.
