The home of the the snacklebox snacks, perfect for boat, beach, swim meets, airplane rides and more! This is an easy and fun way to bring snacks on your next adventure. Fill a tackle box with charcuterie fixings, keep chill and ready for summer snacking! Below are some ideas and tips so your “snacklebox” game is on point!
Here’s how to build a “snacklebox snacks” as some call it.
1. The box. I chose the large, 18 grid with changeable compartment sizes that latches
2. Meat- buy the charcuterie packets and fold
3. Cheese – I crumbled unexpected cheddar, those square cheese bites would fit perfect
4. Fruits- grapes and strawberries were perfect
5. Veggies- cukes, mini carrots, radishes
6. Dip- hummus or pimento cheese
7. Kids snacks- goldfish fit great, string cheese, even danimals can fit
Here’s a few tips:
•Put crackers and pretzels in last minute or they will get stale.
•Avoid candy that will get sticky or melt
•Using pickles? Dry them off and place on paper towel in box
•Place on TOP of cooler, not the bottom—even better if there are ice packs
•Fav fillers: fruit, nuts, sliced cheese, meats, veggies.
•ENJOY!! Tag me in your box picks!!
